Coalition IDEO is a collaborative initiative that brings together all players in the pharmacy ecosystem - laboratories, groups, pharmacists - to identify, test and deploy digital innovations with a high impact on optimizing the pharmacy system.
What is Coalition IDEO?
The missions of pharmacies and pharmacists are expanding: vaccinations, tests, teleconsultations, remote monitoring... They are becoming key players in local healthcare, guaranteeing easier access to care.
Through Coalition IDEO, we support pharmacies in integrating digital solutions that optimize their management, strengthen the pharmacist-patient relationship and enhance the patient-consumer experience.
Our aim is to support pharmacists in this transformation and help them personalize their services while maximizing their impact.

How does Coalition IDEO work?
Coalition IDEO relies on exchange and collaboration to create collaborative projects:
- Open and strategic governance
- A board representing the sector: laboratories, groups, dispensing pharmacists.
- Regular committees to steer projects, share progress and make decisions together.
- Annual Call for Projects
- Selection of priority topics by members (e.g. back-office, patient relations, training, etc.).
- Call for applications open to startups and innovative solutions.
- Pitch Day to select the most relevant projects and launch joint experiments.
- Face-to-face workshops and events
- To identify needs, foster synergies and co-construct projects.
- A trusted operator: Digital Pharma Lab
- In charge of coordination, operational follow-up and neutrality in evaluation processes.
