Pascal Bécache, co-founder of Digital Pharma Lab, has been supporting healthcare players in their digital transformation since 2017.

Trained as an engineer, he has solid experience in management and general management acquired at IBM and IQVIA. He has led over 150 missions on the impact of digital and generative AI in the pharmaceutical industry, medical devices, hospitals and pharmacies. His expertise also covers HR issues, which he tackles with a strategic and pedagogical approach, enriched by numerous training interventions.
