Data consortium — yTI
CRM data finally used to its full value in healthcare
yTI (ysura Trusted Insights) pools CRM data across labs, in a secure and sovereign framework via a Trusted Third Party, to rebuild a reliable view of healthcare professionals' behaviours and preferences. Digital Pharma Lab is the initiative's partner in France.

A win-win model
Each lab keeps exclusive access to its own results in an isolated environment, shares no personal data with others, and gets analyses independent of proprietary CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva) to benchmark against the market neutrally.
What yTI produces
Sector benchmarks (by channel, specialty or HCP profile) and up to 16 scores per professional: visit frequency, email affinity, event potential, digital propensity, consent status. Deliverables refreshed monthly, embeddable in a secure dashboard or directly in the CRM.
Collective governance
yTI is an active community of labs: a Business Group (strategic priorities), a Data Science Circle (algorithms), peer Workshops and a Steering Committee for major directions.

On average 4 months (legal, technical, training). Once the environment is live in France, a new lab can be onboarded in 2 to 3 months.
