Article 2 - Hosting provider
The site is hosted by Gandi, 63/65 boulevard Masséna, 75013 Paris - France.
Article 3 - Access to the site
The site gives the User free access to the presentation of Digital Pharma Lab's programmes. The site is freely accessible anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service are borne by the User.
Article 4 - Personal data
D2A SAS (Digital Pharma Lab), whose details are given in Article 1, is the controller of the personal data processed through this site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”).
We only collect the data you enter in our forms: contact requests, newsletter sign-up and event registration (identity, business email, company, job title, mobile number, optional question, where your visit came from and proof of your consent). No health data is requested.
This data is used solely to answer your requests, to send you the newsletter if you asked for it, and to organise the events you register for, including contacting you about them. Processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time, or, for contact requests, on our legitimate interest in answering them.
D2A SAS does not sell your data and does not pass it on to third parties for commercial prospecting. The only exception: when an event is co-organised with a partner named in the registration form (for example Numspot for the Pharma & Health Morning), your contact details are shared with that partner if you have expressly agreed, to organise the event and to contact you about it.
Your data is only accessible to the relevant Digital Pharma Lab teams and to our technical service providers (website hosting, contact management and email delivery, including Brevo), who act on our instructions. If any of them processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted. Newsletter subscribers remain subscribed until they unsubscribe, which they can do at any time using the link in every email.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

Article 5 - Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos and signs, as well as all the site's content (text, images, sounds, etc.), are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code.
The following trademarks are filed and registered by D2A SAS: Digital Pharma Lab, Étincelle Digitale, Coalition Next, NextGen Coalition, Coalition IDEO, Innosanté, SISO and Open Design Thinking.
The User must obtain prior authorisation for any reproduction, publication or copy. Any use for commercial or advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. In accordance with Article L122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code, any reproduction of protected content must cite the author and the source.
Article 6 - Liability
The sources of the information published on the site are deemed reliable, but the site does not guarantee that it is free of defects, errors or omissions. The site cannot be held liable for changes to administrative and legal provisions occurring after publication, nor for the use and interpretation of the information contained herein.
The site cannot be held liable for viruses infecting the computer following use of, access to or download from the site. The site's liability cannot be engaged in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
Article 7 - Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks may be present on the site. By clicking on these links, the User leaves the site. The site has no control over external web pages and cannot be held responsible for their content.
Article 8 - Cookies
A cookie may be installed automatically on the browser software when visiting the site. Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the computer's hard drive, necessary for using the site. They contain no personal information and cannot be used to identify anyone. The information contained in cookies is used to improve the site. The User can disable these cookies through their browser settings.
Article 9 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
