Article 3 — Access to the site
The site gives the User free access to the presentation of Digital Pharma Lab's programmes. The site is freely accessible anywhere to any User with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service are borne by the User.
Article 4 — Data collection and privacy
The personal information collected may be processed by automated means. In accordance with Article 39 of the amended French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your personal data.
D2A SAS does not pass on the personal information collected to third parties for commercial prospecting purposes.
