New partner: IFIS x Digital Pharma Lab
Supporting the digital transformation of skills in the healthcare industries with a new partnership
The rapid evolution of technology, the paradigm shift imposed by artificial intelligence and the digitization of essential processes have turned the business challenges facing pharmaceutical laboratories and medical device manufacturers on their head.
Against this backdrop, it is essential for these companies to develop their employees' skills, as well as to manage change effectively.
In response to this new situation, Digital Pharma Lab andIFIS (Institut de Formation des Industries de Santé) are pooling their expertise through an ambitious partnership.
A partnership to anticipate changes in the sector
According to a recent study by APEC, 72% of managers express a need for training in artificial intelligence. This figure perfectly illustrates the current reality: the pharmaceutical and medical device industries are facing a profound transformation. And to make a success of this transformation, it's no longer enough to pile on the tools: what's needed are skills, a shared digital culture and a genuine strategy to support change.
Digital Pharma Lab, an expert in healthcare innovation and the support of digital transformations, has joined forces withIFIS's Académie du Digital en Santé, renowned for the quality of its teaching methods, to build an appropriate and operational training offer.
Three modules to move from acculturation to action
This partnership has resulted in the creation of a modular training program aimed at HR, marketing and innovation teams, as well as senior executives.
The first co-designed modules address key themes:
- HR & digital: understanding and anticipating the impacts of digital and AI on skills
- Generative AI & business: demystify artificial intelligence and identify concrete use cases
- Customer-centric marketing: develop omnichannel, personalized and data-driven marketing and communication approaches.
Our training courses are based on an active teaching approach, supported by real-life case studies, to make it easier to take ownership and accelerate the transition to action.
Our shared conviction
To succeed in digital transformation, we need to invest in skills, structure our change management and connect our businesses to the challenges of innovation.
